Abstract

Using a case scenario exploring internationalisation and global business strategy issues for a leading European financial technology ("fintech") company, N26, this case activity introduces students to the application and features of generative AI tools. Experiencing generative AI tools through a heuristic learning experience to explore the presented case scenario, students develop a critical understanding and discover the potential opportunities and drawbacks of using these tools.
