Abstract
AMOSSHE, the UK student services organisation for higher educaiton, recently launched a toolkit to help student services teams assess their value and impact. Dr Andrew West, director of student services at the University of Sheffield and chair of AMOSSHE, talks to Dr Lesly Huxley about the evolution of the toolkit, how it can be used to support service improvement, and next steps.
