Abstract

We present two-dimensional electronic-vibrational spectra of the chlorophyll (Chl)
binding protein light harvesting complex II (LHCII) from spinach and of isolated Chl a and Chl b. We show how energy transfer from Chl b to Chl a can be observed in LHCII using this multidimensional technique.
