The document presents an evaluation of the MSC planner tool and associated algorithms developed by the SUPEROPT project. A brief guide to the tool is given along with some sample results. A discussion of the limitation of the results in the context of an operationally useful tool is given and illustrations of how the algorithms can be modified to address them are shown.
