Talking Law and Gender

On 20 November 2014, Professor Joanne Conaghan and Dr. Yvette Russell met at the University of Bristol Law School to discuss Conaghan’s most recent book Law and Gender (2013, Oxford University Press). This paper is an edited transcript of their discussion, the question and answer session with the audience that followed, and includes Conaghan’s reflections on her long and varied career as a feminist legal scholar.
