Abstract
Our results show that animal welfare (“Art”) balances economic development and environmental problems. These findings are important for future animal welfare protection and enhancement, particularly in developing countries. We can also take these advantages to create a better one-health city and zero-carbon city construction, where we need to think of community members, not just humans.
