Abstract

A theatrical guided tour of Battersea for adults, with an improbable brass band that spills out onto the streets. Intrepid Explorers who join the procession will be taken to places where Battersea's radical past collides with the present.

This is a story of two fires separated by 100 years, based on accounts from local people of bravery, kindness and radical thinking.

The Good Neighbour offered an experience for all different ages from toddlers to grandparents. There were also journeys for 0-5 and 6-12 year olds.
