Abstract
This paper describes the isITethical? Exchange, an online knowledge exchange hub and service for responsible research and innovation in networks and communications. Currently focused on public protection and disaster response (PPDR), isITethical? provides a community platform and co-created services for reflexive, creative, proactive balancing of IT innovation in relation to fundamental rights
