Brief resume of a panel discussion of Prof. Colin Hay's paper 'Chronicles of a Death Foretold: The Winter of Discontent and Construction of the Crisis of British Keynesianism' at the British Academy, 22 Jan 2009. The panel comprised Lords Baker, Lea, and Lipsey and was chaired by Peter Riddell.
