Abstract

A case study is presented of research currently being undertaken at a defense site of a large engineering and manufacturing company. Systems Practice is being used to investigate and seek ways to improve how people use Systems Practice to design technical solutions. This allows for the application of Systems Practice to be assessed in the domains of both purposeful and hard systems
