Abstract
This is a rich media publication available on the Internet and on DVD which integrates research analysis, training in sign language and counselling for Deaf people with interactive materials and resources for Deaf and hearing people.
It contains a specially designed interactive quiz and scenarios to offer insight into the counselling process with Deaf people.
The main report section is also offered in BSL as well as in Enlgish - in order to allow Deaf people access.
The publication exploits the capacity of rich media processes to provide a wealth of infromation material - reseaerch reports in text form and video.
