Abstract

This report presents a summary of the key findings from the third interim report of the programme wide evaluation of Affordable
Warmth Solutions’ (AWS) industry funded Warm Homes Fund (WHF). The WHF is one of the largest fuel poverty programmes
in Great Britain, administered by Affordable Warmth Solutions CIC and representing private sector investment of £150mn
from National Grid.
