Abstract

The all-pervasive nature of ICT and its growing importance to institutional strategies means that JISC is now reaching beyond its traditional audience. IT no longer sits in certain departments, but is found throughout the organisation. This article highlights JISC's activity particularly in the last two years to develop advice and guidance for university managers on risk assessment and management and a toolkit supporting the self-assessment of Information Systems Management and Governance.
